You are looking at a fully built custom Yamaha R1 with only 1,300 miles.  The bike is fully functional and rideable just as if it were a stock R1.
I'm going to get down to business and tell you what has and has not been done to the bike.
Whats been done:
Ducati style single sides swing arm (Measured precisely to match up factory specs, to keep the factory ride)
Hand molded Carbon Fiber tail and tank
Relocated Ignition (PICTURED)
Relocated tach (PICTURED)
240 Rear Tire
Custom rear brake set up-Rotor and caliper now sit inside the rear rim (please look at pictures)
House of Color-Candy Red (Hand painted)
Street fighter-motocross fat bars with Candy red controls
Custom made carbon fiber street fighter headlight
Custom made fork guards with built LED turn signals
Professionally re-upholstered leather seat
Shorty brake and clutch levers
Stainless steal brake lines
.....there is so much minor detail that was put into this bike, that describing in words would not make up for what you will see in person, everything on this bike was custom hand made by one person, not a chain-shop that has 20 or more different employees.  Everything from the carbon fiber to the paint was done by Roman himself.  
The engine and performance components except the exhaust was left stock, no one tore the engine up or changed the stock ride of the bike.  With many custom built bikes, unfortunately the engine or components are modified and then you have a beautiful bike that is just good for looks and doesn't function properly associated to "engine mods."
Oils and fluids were changed before the bike hit the road after the customization was done, so all your maintenance is up to par.  The bike is registered and road legal-in other words, its ready to ride!
